RETURNS & EXCHANGES?
If you are unhappy with your glasses within 30 days of placing your order we will happily refund or exchange them for you. SOEK® aims to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. If you would like to return or exchange please contact us via email on email@example.com
Returns must be postmarked for return within 30 days of placing your order. Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. SOEK LTD™ is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
SOEK LTD™ Sunglasses offer a unique combination of design, engineering, quality and passion. On top of the Oops plan, customer care programmes and legal warranty - provided by the retailers depending on the different countries laws and regulations - your SOEK™ product is protected by a manufacturer Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
SOEK LTD™ customers who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in the country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by the SOEK LTD ™ Limited Warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations. The SOEK LTD™ Limited Warranty does not exclude or otherwise limit any rights or remedies of the consumer conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations.
SOEK LTD™ EYEWEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
SOEK Ltd™ eyewear products are warranted for six months from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an authorized SOEK retailer that clearly shows the purchase date. SOEK Ltd™ Limited Warranty does not cover scratches on lenses, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to prescription lenses.
Alteration, misuse, abuse, or installation of non-SOEK lenses will void this warranty. The customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the item as determined by SOEK Ltd™. The SOEK Ltd™ Limited Warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.
Scratched lenses are not covered under SOEK Ltd™ warranty policy.
Any expenses incurred in returning product for warranty assessment will be done so at the expense of the purchaser. If the returned product is deemed to be a valid warranty claim then SOEK Ltd™ will incur the cost of any further freight charges. If the warranty claim is deemed to be invalid, we will contact you to see if you want us to conduct repairs at your cost and, in any event, you will be charged for outbound freight based on SOEK Ltd™ standard shipping rates.
SOEK Ltd™ is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

All Refunds are normally processed the same working day after receiving returned goods.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders will be dispatched the next Business Day.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the details of the shipping company and tracking number if applicable.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment.
Unfortunately, SOEK® has no control over these charges as these are determined by Customs. SOEK® is not responsible for any action taken by Customs or the chosen package delivery service.
